Where It All Began
In 2018, Dr. Quebe Merritt-Giles embraced a vegan lifestyle for health and family. Her journey took her across the country exploring plant-based cuisine, and ultimately inspired her to open Plant Bae in Montgomery, AL in 2020. What began as a personal transformation became a mission to share wellness and bold flavor with her community.
